About Kira Lynn

 in response to ekikaseven...

I am going to Major in Business Management for Areospace technology. And Minor in Mechanics. I did forget about interest and everything.. So this is a bummer. I am though going to push forward for just getting the money for the down payment for the loan. Then everything else, I hope will fall into place. Rent 3 of my rooms in the house, so make the payments. Thank you for your time and support. ^.^

About Kira Lynn

Let me try to give you my whole imagination before you get too bored to continue reading. My name is Jessica, but I prefer to go by Kira. I am currently 16, turning 17 really soon, a few months. I'm trying not to be too specific because of the spammers/identity theft. Right now I am living with my grandma, my parents left when I was around the age of ten. I'm not here to say my housing conditions are horrid or anything. It's not really the present I am here to write about, it's my future.
I have always been a very future forward type of person. I am a junior and have a 3.94GPA. I am hoping for scholarships to any college. HOPING. My grandma didn't expect to have to pay for anything like that, so she didn't start saving up until I was placed in her lap. I'm not asking for money for school, I had a job for 3 years(illegally starting at the age of 13), as a swim instructor, but I got laid off because of budget cuts. I think it is possible to get another job to help pay for college books and tuition at any JC school.
But I am posting this in the 'Dreams' category because what I am really looking forward to is living in my own house. Every girl wants their own house, to have their kids and partner, somewhere they can call their own and feel safe. I want that feeling. I was calculating, houses will cost roughly 600k, then all I need is the money to take out a loan, which is 20%, so I would need 120k to take out a loan for a house. Then, I was hoping to have a house once I get finished with college, so 120,000 divided by 5(for five years) is 24,000. Then divide it by 12(for 12 months in a year), that is 2000 dollars.
I would need only 2000 dollars per month for the next five years. That would range how much it would take for me to feel completely confident with where my life is heading. The world is in a panic, I want to feel safe knowing I will be able to support myself. I will be trying to get two jobs this summer to pay for my first year of college; this is because I am graduating high school early, a year ahead of my class. I'm ready to grow up, and move on in my life, but it's impossible when money limits are holding me back.
